Terms of sale
Last updated: 2026-09-13
These terms govern the sale of credits on Guess the Drama and are accepted at the time of purchase. The game itself is free: no purchase is required to play the daily challenge. This is a courtesy translation; the French version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. The service
Guess the Drama is a guessing game: every day, one drama to identify from progressive clues. A correct answer unlocks the matching card in the player's collection.
Core use of the service is free:
•the daily challenge can be played for free, every day;
•the first two clues are free;
•20 credits are granted when the account is created.
3. Credits
Credits are a virtual unit of account, usable only inside the game. They are spent to:
•reveal each of clues 3 through 6 of a game: 1 credit.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be converted into money, and cannot be used outside the service. They do not expire for as long as the account exists and the service is online.
4. Player account
A guest account is created automatically on the first visit, with no sign-up. That account exists only in the browser used: clearing browser data, switching devices or using private browsing makes it permanently inaccessible, with no way to recover it.
For that reason, buying credits requires an account linked to a Google account. Linking is done from the "Account" page and preserves all progress made as a guest.
Players are responsible for the use of their account. A username that is unlawful or infringes on a third party may be changed, or the account suspended.
5. Prices
Credit pack prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included, on the "Shop" page, which prevails at the time of purchase.
Displayed prices are the final prices payable, inclusive of any applicable tax.
Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.
6. Order and payment
An order is placed by selecting a pack in the shop, then confirming payment on the secure page of our payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe: no banking data (card number, security code) passes through, is processed by, or is stored on our servers.
7. Delivery
Credits are added to the account automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
If credits have not appeared within 24 hours of a charged payment, write to shemitahsur@gmail.com with the date and amount: the order will be fulfilled or refunded.
8. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content supplied in intangible form and delivered immediately after purchase.
In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ticking the box provided before payment, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the credits and acknowledges thereby losing the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Accordingly, a credit purchase is not refundable once the credits have been delivered.
A refund remains available, as a commercial gesture and on request to shemitahsur@gmail.com, in the event of a technical error attributable to the service: duplicate charge, credits paid for but not delivered, or a charge with no matching order.
9. Account deletion and discontinuation of the service
Players may request deletion of their account at any time at shemitahsur@gmail.com. Deletion permanently removes the collection and any unspent credits, with no refund.
Should the service be discontinued, players will be informed at least 30 days in advance and purchased, unspent credits will be refunded on request, pro rata to their purchase price.
10. Minors
The game is open to everyone. Players under 15 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before linking an account or making a purchase. Any purchase made by a minor is deemed to have been made with that consent.
11. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. The publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation: interruptions may occur due to maintenance, a provider outage or an external cause.
The publisher cannot be held liable for the loss of a guest account caused by the player clearing browser data, a risk explicitly flagged in the game and avoidable by linking a Google account.
12. Customer service
Any question or complaint: shemitahsur@gmail.com. A reply is provided within 72 business hours.
13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, after a written complaint that has not received a satisfactory answer, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator covering the publisher: to be provided.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes may be brought before the competent French courts. The protective provisions of the consumer's country of residence within the European Union remain applicable.
